This is a carpet cleaning at a federal building in Clarkesville, GA. The customer called SERVPRO in a "last ditch effort" to address the heavy traffic wear and spotting in the carpeting as they were considering replacement. Our highly trained technicians come equipped with the ability to address multiple types of soiling because not all soil carpeting or situations are alike. For this service our techs pre spotted and agitated the soiled area with a heavy alkaline and rotary bonnet machine, followed up with a pre detergent and hot water extraction. The after picture was taken once the carpeting was dry and our customers were thrilled with the results.
