Water Damage, Stephens Co. Hospital, Toccoa, GA

This water damage at the Wilkinson center which is on the Stephens Co Hospital campus was the result of a leak in the supply line to a toilet. The water quickly filled the room then spilling out and affecting the hallway, the water continued its travel flooding an additional 5 rooms that were occupied by tenants. The Wilkinson center provides unique challenges when addressing a water loss as the occupants of the center are elderly and not easily relocated thus requiring a softer approach to mitigation and structural drying. We are lucky to have technicians that can not only handle water damage but also can consider unique challenges such as working with the elderly and still perform professional services.
