I had some flooding in two basement apartments. A gentleman came out within an hour of the call and there were two men here by that afternoon. By late afternoon they had everything pulled out that need to be and nothing that didn’t, they covered everything in tarps (even the old broken sofa that we were going to throw out). Everything was explained in detail, and they even apologized for the noise of the fans needed. They called to check on me, two men came the morning on 4th of July to remove the equipment. So, in all Polite, Respectful, Thorough, Excellent communication and punctual. Thank You so much SERVPRO! I would recommend you guys to anyone!!!

I would like to thank the crew for putting my house back to normal after the lightning strike fire to my house. They treated it liked it was there house too be repaired. They were all very professional in there duties. Always called before they arrived and would give you details on what was happening the next day.
